eBay Suspended me!

My 20 y/o daughter is in a fight with a buyer of something, she offered to refund his money and he wants to keep the ipod and get her to give him $50 back. She accidently listed it as a 30 gig when its a 20 gig. If she's offering a full refund plus shipping and he says she's being unreasonable and posting negative feedback what can I do? I got suspended because she has the same address as me.

If she's offering a full refund + shipping, that is about as accommodating as you can get. It's important to remember that eBay, (and especially Paypal), generally offer a lot more protection for buyers than sellers. Maybe she should refund the guy something and move on, chalk it up to experience and be more careful in the future w/ accurate desciptions. I'm sure that it was innocent on her part, but the guy got less than he bid for. And you got unlucky that he is not a nice person.

I've had to chalk up plenty to experience on eBay, the feedback system is fatally flawed in that anyone can retaliate w/ negative FB once you flame theirs. If she does not care about the FB, she can roast his ass at least. And she can respond to his neg. FB, but of course so can he. Good luck.
