Pumpkin seed recipe? Doing them now.

We just carved out two pumpkins for/with the boys and now we have the seeds washed and ready......but then we remembered that we didn't like the way we did it last year. Any favs?

Gonna run with this simple one if no suggestions:

Wash and blot dry

Sprinkle with course salt

Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce

Bake at 250 for 20 min+

We just did the same thing tonight--we baked them in salt, pepper, and olive oil...

The key is butter IMO. Pre-mix the seeds with a few Tblsp. of butter, a little worcest. sauce, and a bit 'o cajun seasoning (if the boys can handle a lil' spice). Spread out on sheet and sprinkle with garlic salt. Then kick the heat up to around 300, and bake for about 45 min. (turning over at least once). Yummy.
