Rental House near Hampton or Newport News VA?
Any leads on a rental house near Langley VA or recommendations regarding an apartment or short term rental?

If you know someone in the military in that area (and I assuming you do since that's all that's around that area) maybe they can get you some...oh, what's the word...not BAQ. When you get transfered to another base, they give you temporary housing, it's like $10 a day - with maid (no massage - haha). I stayed there for a little bit while at Langley. Nice base by the way. Gotta' love lobster in the chow hall...
Otherwise, I don't really know. I'm sure there are hotels. Remind me to tell you about the time I almost got shot (seriously) outside of the west gate pub. Those were the days... spelling edit.

Thanks. I have reserved 6 days at Langley Air Force Base, but they are booked solid after that. Looking for something either a rental house or nice apartment near Langley for 3 mths up to a year. I really don't want to use the corporate extended stay (but may have to) since the price adds up pretty quick and I am footing the bill.
