human factors
Is anyone else annoyed that on the Porsche 911 Technical Forum in the Related Forums: quick links, Off Topic Forum has lost it's desirable location as the last entry to something called Porsche 996 Forum or Boxster & Cayman Forum.
Where is the web designer? I bet 3 people a day click that link. |

I click it three times a day by myself!
But I don't like the way the forums are split anyway. 1) 911 Aircooled (including turbo, eng rebuild etc) 2) OT 3) Everything else would work just fine for me.

Damn. I thought this thread was going to be about human factors training.
(if you don't know, you don't want to know)

Agreed. Getting to be quite a few links up there.
We're logged in, so why not have the links customizable? Each user can add the forums they visit regularly and not have to be distracted by links to ghost town forums or forums for other types of cars. |

What I meant to sarcastically say is why does Porsche 996 Forum or Boxster & Cayman Forum occupy such a prime location when nobody would navigate there from the main list anyway.
