I told him I was reviewing the paperwork, and talking with a friend of mine in the AG office and when I had all my ducks in a row I was going to file formal complaints and give my paper work to an attorney to see if any law was broken, and if so then I was going to turn over the paperwork to the Federal Authorities. It took a couple of months of these types of threats, but WE GOT PAID!! The check was good and all is well now. It was actually a very good return on the investment within that time frame.
