My commute this morning
Mt. Rainier at sunrise.

I always hated the fact that there were limited ways to get around accidents or road work up there (mostly because of geography). Hope you're not there when the darn thing decides to blow up.

It's been fun having a front-row seat watching the new bridge go up.
|
That's a stunning bridge. Everybody likes a suspension bridge construction project. I hope they leave the lights on after it's finished.
Oh by the way, Dan. I might need to pay closer attention to your remarks in the future. You chose a Hazelnut Mocha when we went for coffee at the swap meet, and it has become my favorite latte. Makes me think you might be right about some other stuff too. |

Perhaps. You're hard to disagree with. You're a nice guy. And you're a thinker. Quite respectful. Great attitude. And you're much bigger than I am. For one or more of these reasons, we've never had a fistfight and I don't expect one.
And yeah, Rainier can be stunning also. When I commuted from Tenino to Seatac, Rainier made my entire day. Particularly when it would get those cloud formations appearing near its summit, and then the first morning light would illuminate it from the back side. |
So Dan, you live on Kitsap? I go to Bangor now and then.

The second bridge looks cool. My brother in-law is doing the structural steel for it.
I haven't seen it since we moved, boy will that make the Gig Harbor commute better. |
I can't wait for the toll boothes to open....
