That looks more like compressor housing from burned-out car. Nitro might damage turbo mechanically but won't melt everything like on pic.

With other words, I suspect pic is bogus, probably just a piece taken off burned-out car.

Sure looks like the result of an engine fire to me.

I was thinking the same, but I wanted to hear the story first.
