Which OT regulars need to be placed on suicide watch due to elections?

Who you think?

I nominate Tobra, Snowman, the ghost of Mul., Fintstone and maybe lendaddy. . .

:)

Sorry guys.

m21sniper 11-07-2006 09:22 AM

It's irrelvant who wins.

Both groups are equally corrupt and clueless.

I only vote repub because they're pro-gun and tend to slash taxes, otherwise, both parties blow.

Porsche-O-Phile 11-07-2006 10:11 AM

No arguement there.

The party system is irrevocably broken and needs to be dismantled by illegalizing political parties permanently.

Once people start voting individual issues & candidates, a lot of the idiocy will end. If it's necessary to force people to do this rather than defaulting to lists of dumbed-down bullet points, so much the better.

You missed Pat. No matter who wins, he loses.

Suicide watch or witness protection, they both work fine for me.

911boost 11-07-2006 10:36 AM

I agree with Sniper on this one.

2008 is going to be the nasty one, if Billary is running.

To be honest I just want it to freaking end. I am tired of the TV / Radio commercials. Tired of the freaking junk mail, tired of it all.

I just hope that whomever loses (Dem or Rep) doesn't whine like little babies like everyone with a Kerry sticker did in 04.

Oh, and is anyone threatening to leave the country this time around? I know those promises were never kept last time.

Bill

Flatbutt1 11-07-2006 10:40 AM

anybody else tired of the millions upon millions spent on these election campaigns? doesn't it seem ..well...at odds with the idea of public service?

Porsche-O-Phile 11-07-2006 10:43 AM

Christ, can you imagine if it ends up being Billary versus Jeb Bush?

I think I'd lose any remaining faith (which there's precious little of to start with) in our political system and demand the return of British Colonial rule.

m21sniper 11-07-2006 10:53 AM

It will probably be McCain(a scoundrel and charlatan, even though he is a LEGITIMATE war 'hero'-whatever that is). vs Billary, with McCain winning in a landslide.

IMO Billary is simply unelectable in a national race. Too many people simply hate her guts.

I think I just threw up in my mouth, a little, too..

lendaddy 11-07-2006 11:04 AM

lol, I'll be fine either way.

Actually Thom and Rodeo, Speeder, and Kach are probaly going to be those most upset if things don't go their way. :D

Can you imagine that spazfest??? Wouldn't be pretty.

Porsche-O-Phile 11-07-2006 11:04 AM

Have to agree. If the Democrats are stupid enough to run Billary they're gonna' get their asses handed to them.

I don't have a problem with a woman president. I have a BIG problem with THAT woman as president. . .

I'm a little surprised I agree with you. I used to think a lot of McCain's principles and I agree he is a legitiamte war hero but after Rove and his ilk attempted to screw him during the primaries for having a Vietnamese lovechild (which he does NOT, she's adopted) and he didn't do much about the accusation I lost virtually all respect for him. I don't agree with him on a lots of things, but I could admire his principles. Until I got to thinking of a guy with big enough stones to stand up to Vietnamese torture but he doesn't call out the hatchet men in his own party when they attempt to ruin his reputation.

As for Hillary? I unfortunately have to agree that she is THE polarizing person of the decade. Something about her brings out the haters. And even though I don't agree with some of her positions either, I'd consider voting for her....that'd make me, Bill and Chelsea...total!

rammstein 11-07-2006 11:16 AM

Rammstein is the independent, $0 candidate for 2008 with a plan for success.

Lets compare:

McCain vs. Hillary vs. Rammstein

Wasted 'Campaign $': McCain $Millions, Hillary $Millions, Rammstein 0
Plays well with others: Rammstein
Ravishing good looks: Rammstein
Ultra High-Speed Transcontinental Highway: Rammstein
Caters to lobbyists: Not Rammstein

boboli 11-07-2006 11:22 AM

I bet if Billary won there would be Peace and Harmony on this website. No one would ever disagree again! I think I just threw up alittle! P/S I agree I would not have any problems with a Female President either. I just hope she does'nt survive the operation when they remove the penis.

Jeb's looking for work, I called it over a year ago................brace yourselves.

Depends, are you a happy drunk or a mean drunk? :D

Tim Hancock 11-07-2006 11:32 AM

Rodehard says I am a mean drunk. That is good right?
