All I can think of is Janis Joplin's "Mercedes Benz". "My friends all drive Porsches, I must make amends"

savage garden (rock) all around me so slide into your jag, or porsche baby...

joan armatrading shape of a pony (folk) He would die for a porsche all covered in chrome...

Wierd Al Yankovich (hilarious song)Belverdere cruising

Red Hot Chillie Peppers (rock) cant remember the name

Gary Numan had a song cant remember the name

hard core rap artists use porsche all the time most of the lyrics would be edited though.
Others such as Sir Mix Alot (guy that does the song Babys Got Back from the Charlies Angels movie) Rollin in a porsche in a cashmere sweater...
Lil Kim song How Many Licks (again hard core rap)
Thats all I can think of. Wasnt going to answer this post but my brain kept on thinkin. Thanks a helluva lot, spent all night going through old records , CDs and the Morpheous web site!!! Going to bed now!!!

It's by David and David.

The lyric doesn't include "Porsche", but that was the first song I thought of for this thread.

Oh yeah, the next line is "satisfaction oozes from her pores"... they got that right !

Wow! You guys are good...and at my age, I'm still tying to figure out how a fuel injected 327 Stingray could EVER beat a MOPAR 413 in a drag. Guess it's because Mr. Wilson wrote the song, so it was his race?

I always felt "James Dean" by the Eagles was about my favorite Porsche, but it doesn't mention it in the lyrics.
