Louisville should kill them with the pass. But any team can be beaten.

It would be cool if Rutgers won, but it's not real likely.

Yeah if Rutgers run is shut down, there qb mike teel is atrocious. No way will he be able to hold up the offense. This all was very apparent when they played UConn.

They will need 200+ rushing yards and 40+ minutes time of possession to keep the Louisville offense off the field.

I'll be rooting for RU ('90 grad), but if UL wins, I hope they run the table and create havoc in the BCS.

If Louisville wins there won't be any havoc, they'll be in the championship game....period. It won't be arguable.

The Michigan/Ohio State game will decide who they play.

Yup if Louisville win this game then they will be playing the winner of the Michigan/Ohio state game for the championship. Now the real havoc would be if RU won it, where the heck would the BCS put them? #3?

edit: Remember Ohio State almost lost to Illinois this past saturday 17-10. Rutgers beat Illinois 33-0 in their second game. These stats are so twisted. Can we atleast agree that either Rutgers is going to be totally raped or this might be a close one.

That is the first football game I will follow with somewhat of an interrest. Hey, I work for Rutgers, after all !!
I still don`t get it that they will invest $20M+ in a football team and not nearly as much in their research labs, but whatever...

The football program likely turns a profit, most turn HUGE profits.

I dunno...
If Florida or Auburn doesn't lose again and wins the SEC title, it will be darn close...

Congratulations Rutgers. I went to the game against Pittsburgh and chalked up the victory more to Pitt's ineptitude then Rutger's play. I was wrong and they looked good tonight. It nice to see a school that isn't so use to winning all the time really celebrate.

The real Rutgers opponent seems to be "the computer" that ranks.

Freaking amazing. I was the Sports Ed of an RU student newspaper back in the mid-80's when you could make a decent living betting against Rutgers. And I remember seeing PennState send their third RU QB in as many years off the field on a stretcher. It was beyond embarrassing. Every school wanted to play their homecoming games against RU. I think the cheerleading squad could have beaten them back then.

So this...this is simply unbelievable. I thought I'd never see anything like this. I'm in total shock.
