http://www.cnn.com/2006/SHOWBIZ/TV/11/15/simpsoninterview.ap/index.html

Please, NOBODY buy this book. It'll only give this murdring a-hole more money to settle his legal bills with. Talk about a total bottom-feeding gesture. I seriously hope someone (like maybe one of his now-deceased-wife's relatives) rids the world of this jackhole.

Here's the article:

LOS ANGELES, California (AP) -- In a new TV interview and book, O.J. Simpson discusses how he would have committed the slayings of his ex-wife and her friend "if I did it."

The two-part television interview, titled "O.J. Simpson: If I Did It, Here's How It Happened," will air November 27 and November 29 on Fox, the TV network said Tuesday.

"O.J. Simpson, in his own words, tells for the first time how he would have committed the murders if he were the one responsible for the crimes," the network said in a statement. "In the two-part event, Simpson describes how he would have carried out the murders he has vehemently denied committing for over a decade."

"This is an interview that no one thought would ever happen. It's the definitive last chapter in the Trial of the Century," Mike Darnell, executive vice president of alternative programming for Fox, said in a statement.

The interview, conducted with book publisher Judith Regan, will air days before Simpson's new book, "If I Did It," goes on sale November 30. The book "hypothetically describes how the murders would have been committed," the network said.

The book is published by ReganBooks, an imprint of HarperCollins Publishers run by Regan. HarperCollins, like Fox, is a unit of News Corporation.

Simpson, who now lives in Florida, was acquitted in a criminal trial of the 1994 killings of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend Ronald Goldman. Simpson was later found liable in 1997 in a wrongful death lawsuit filed by the Goldman family.

Messages left with Simpson and his attorney Yale Galanter were not returned Tuesday night.

Is there any way this guy can be retried?

URY914 11-15-2006 06:21 AM

Let's hire a hit man and have him taken out.

sammyg2 11-15-2006 07:27 AM

Double jeapordy prevents him from being tried twice for the same crime, unelssd htere was a misstrial .
If the prossecuters can go back and convince a judge to declair a mistrial ,he's fair game but that aint gonna happen. If they casn come up with another charge that was not included in the first go around, that's fair also.

I can't believe there are still people out there who say that OJ was innocent.
Out of all the people I know and have talked to about this, only a few people of one group say he didn't do it, but over half of another group say he didn't do it.
I don't want to say what the grouping is, someone might accuse me of racism.

jluetjen 11-15-2006 07:32 AM

Did you ever feel really sad, like right down in your gut???

That's what I feel right now. How twisted is this guy? Has he no remorse? Doesn't he feel anything for the lives that were snuffed out (without judging wether he did it or not)?

azasadny 11-15-2006 07:39 AM

OJ needs a good killin'!

cantdrv55 11-15-2006 07:49 AM

I'd say but the book. Looking for the real killers, as he is doing, costs money, you know.

Jims5543 11-15-2006 07:54 AM

Watch this book shoot to the top of the NYT Best seller list.

This moronic country will eat this up.

m21sniper 11-15-2006 08:25 AM

OJ fought the law and OJ won!

All he did is what we all wished we could do at one time or another, "I wish i could kill that cheatin' biitch, teach her to run with her own kind, grrrrrrumble, grumble".

OJ did it, and got away with it.

Let this be a lesson to the rest o' you cheatin' Ho's!

(yes, the above is intended to be HUMOR)

Sonic dB 11-15-2006 08:36 AM

OJ is a person who needs constant attention...
He also seems wracked with guilt internally
So he acts out this 'what if' scenario
to alleviate some of his internal strife
but it will only backfire and lead to a further
degradation of his soul.

Big Ed 11-15-2006 08:58 AM

I cannot even begin to imagine the kind of rage that must be felt by families of his victims.

That dude is Sick. Utterly and totally sick.

Flatbutt1 11-15-2006 09:07 AM

he might evengoto far in the book giving prosecutors something they didn't have previously. who knows he might be setting up his own demise with this book

Maybe they can get away with it too.

masraum 11-15-2006 09:10 AM

He's had time to think about it and can now improve upon his past performance.

126coupe 11-15-2006 11:24 AM

Some scum bag lawyer will figure out a way to screw the Brown and Goldman estates out of the proceeds from the book.

widgeon13 11-15-2006 11:31 AM

I can't believe FOX is going to put this on, this shouldn't even be in the tabloids, somebody ought to take this guy out.

on-ramp 11-15-2006 11:37 AM

sometimes street justice is the best justice.

bt1211 11-15-2006 11:55 AM

He is going to say something he should'nt have. If not now, then the next time he has another "special". Can't get him on murder but civil rights perhaps. He loves this attention and he still has a need to flaunt his lucky brake.

legion 11-15-2006 12:00 PM

I wonder if Johnny Cochran's death plays into this at all? I mean, any intelligent defense lawyer would not want a client to do this after the fact...

Hugh R 11-15-2006 12:05 PM

Its in the California Constitution, we give every celebrity and semi-celebrity a walk.

tabs 11-15-2006 12:08 PM

The minute OJ got the Heisman he turned white.

OJ and the Brown family are a bunch of squirrels....can U imagine letting your 17 year old daughter accept a NEW Porsche from her 30 something Black NFL playin Boyfriend.

OJ and Nicole were known buyers of Coke down in Laguna Niguel, it was no secret.

I'll betcha the Brown family knew OJ smacked her around and said, "It not so Bad , U know Baby that just how some of those people are, U should just try and understand em better that all." The Brown family got on the GRAVY TRAIN with OJ...Old man Brown got a Hertz Rental Office in the Ritz in Laguna Niguel.

Goldmans son picked the wrong MILF to pork, and Goldmans son was a Valley Boy trying to social climb out in W LA....

Remember OJs first Attorney was Weitzman, who soon got replaced with Shapiro....OJ confessed to Weitzman, Weitzman then HAD to step aside, so he found a lawyer known for Plea Bargaining, Shapiro. That was gona be the deal until Johnny Johnny stepped in, and said I can get U off. Also remember Reverend Rosy Grier (Ex NFL Linebacker) was consoling OJ in jail, and OJ confessed to him as well, and that was the last time Rosy ever went to see OJ.

Attorney Jerry Spence has a theory about what happened to the knife, and thump on the Guest House wall. OJs buddy AL Cowlings told the story..When OJ was busted for spousal abuse he wanted to get rid of any Coke that was in the house so he jumped over the fence between the yards and hid the Coke in the neighbors garbage can. AL COwlings retrieved the Coke after OJ told him about it. Spence figured that OJ did the same thing with the knife, jumped the fence and hid it in the neighbors garbage can, but he dropped the bloody glove. .

Apparently not enough for ANY of them to "man up" and at least take a swing at him.

Were that my sister, OJ would be long since underground.

He cannot be recharged for those crimes at the state level, end of story.

Theoretically, given OJs well known craziness WRT the topic of Nicole banging white men, and the fact that she was with a white man(who she was probably banging or planning to) at the time of their deaths, one could probably at least try to make an argument based on civil rights issues, in the same way that the Cops that beat Rodney king's Angel Dusted asss were railroaded.....err.....charged.

Get out the ole' R card.

tabs 11-15-2006 01:10 PM

Don't U just think that it might be possible that OJs attorneys read every word of the book to see if he is liable in anyway.

econopa 11-15-2006 02:44 PM

I have a feel that Tabs might be onto what may have taken place.
What surprises me all this time is that oj is still walking. Do they still sell ammo in liberal Cali?

sammyg2 11-15-2006 03:39 PM

OJ lives (and plays golf) in florida, he's their problem now.

tabs 11-15-2006 03:49 PM

Florida laws allow him to keep what he has...instead of having to pay the Goldmans and Browns their Blood Money.

dd74 11-15-2006 04:50 PM

I heard the book come with a gift certificate for a pair of Bruno Magli shoes.

sammyg2 11-15-2006 06:35 PM

Iff da book doan fit, you must aquit!

I wonder if that SOB cochran is burning in hell. I'd be surprised in he isn't.
He is just as bad as OJ, he helped him get away with it.
