Is there a best day to fly for the least hassle/crowd size?...a best time of day?
I thought I'd leave on a Tues. or Wed. - next week, or the week after.
Flying out of San Jose, if that helps.

I always check bags because they won't let me take the 45 with my in my carry on. Although, one of these days I will take the check-in clerk up on the LEO form...

Oh, and this is where it pays to be "elite". Shorter check in lines. Shorter lines for security. A line of people at security who are already taking their belts and shoes off and putting their laptops in separate bins without asking.
