Thanks guys--we'll go there for sure. We just got back from Pineapple Grill and it was ..um..sucked. Our table that looked out over the "sunset" also looked out directly over the tennis courts that are currently being resurfaced. Spent a bunch and wasn't worth it. Wish I had posted earlier for ideas! Roy's it is on Wed...

Wonderful breakfast at the Gazebo Restaurant in the Outrigger Hotel poolside in Napili (also nice snorkling beach).
Stay away from the touristy places in Lahania (Bubba Gump's, et al). We liked Cheeseburger in Paradise though.

BTW, when dining at Roys, don't cheap out. Treat it as a once in a year thing. Get an appetizer, entree and dessert (the chocolate souffle is amazing). Enjoy some wine. It really is THAT good.

The Gazebo restraunt is good. It's in the pool area of an Outrigger resort and the line can be long. Definately a great place for breakfast.
The restraunt is the teepee looking building. Just park in the hotel parking lot.  View from one of the tables.

Z--we saw the sign for that, ate lunch at Pupu Lounge, which was great, and then saw your post. Really ironic! Just made reservations for Roy's tomorrow night, based on Joe and Motion's thumbs up. Man it's beautiful here.
