BTCC, DTM, JGTC, LMS GT cars, what would happen in a race?
I'd love to see them race against each other, but that would never happen...So, we're left with the next best thing. How do you think they stack up against each other?

It's a "horses for courses" sort of discussion. It depends on the forum. If your thinking of some sort of UFC for cars, the JGTC and then the DTM cars are most likely the fastest, but I doubt that they could last through a 24 hour race. The BTCC cars are most likely the slowest -- because they are limited to 2 liter engines with rev limits as cost control measures. The LMS GT cars are all air-restricted for cost and to a lesser degree safety reasons, and would fall somewhere in the middle. If you took off that air-restricter and retuned the engines, they most likely wouldn't be far behind the JGTC cars.

That was a very logical answer....but what if you threw in NASCAR in there and had sprint & 24h races?
I'd love to see that happen actually! |

What ever the final out come I have to agree with Jluetjen the current crop of BTCC cars would be way too slow, the rest however would be really interesting to watch in action.
