Smoked/grilled tuna, grill baked potatoes, fresh asparagus. Not sure which wine yet.

I'm thinking I might go pickup some crab legs from Costco after work.

I just had my gallbladder removed on Friday, so it's been smoothies, chicken and noodles and Wheat Thin crackers for me this weekend.

Leftover spaghetti for us tonight.

If I lived closer I'd try to get invited to Gooch's for some pinto beans and cornbread. Yummm. I betcha make 'em like yer sposed to, with ham hocks and everything. :)

Yep, assuming you had Laparoscopic surgery, you'll be better in quick time. I've been in on hundreds of these procedures.

Tonight, I'm having chicken breasts on a bed of wild rice, artichoke hearts, and fresh mushrooms, in white wine sauce. With yellow crooknecked squash, and brocolli. With a nice organic lager.

I cook the chicken on the grill until it's just golden brown on the outside, then bring it in, lay it on it's bed, then Linda puts it into the oven for about an hour. The veggies are sauteed.
