The man Republicans should fear most in '08

was on Geo. Clintonopolis this morning.

Evan Bayh, the former 2 term Governor of Indiana and current Senator from Indiana.

Still a relative national unknown, he can be positioned as a centrist, very well spoken, presidential appearing. Forming an exploratory committee next week.

Hillary is the Republican's best hope.

He has no chance in the Primaries against either Hilldebeast or the rock star Obama.

Nationally he may have done better but we'll never know.

Evan Bayh is from another dynastic familiy, similar to the Bush's, and that's enough to rule him out in my opinion.

If you need more reasons, his gun control record echos his father's record, and he's just as socialist on the issues as his father as well.

The acorn didn't fall far from the tree.

Do you think we could get Lew Rockwell to run? Maybe a Rockwell/Sheehan ticket?

There's a broad base of appeal in there man, talk about a support spectrum

Did many nationally hear of Bush in 1998? Did many nationally hear of Clinton in 1990?

I'm just pointing this out because based on recent history, it's neither here nor there what you're saying....

Me, I'll wait until the primaries before I predict......before I discount anyone.....

The only man republicans should fear is the greedy, lazy good-for-nothing who thinks that he deserves the same as every one else but is not willing to work for it.

Yeah, that's the last Bush anyone should ever want.

I"m not discounting anyone. Obama and Hillary have as much a chance as anyone else...

Just because YOU dont like them doesn't mean no one does. Just because I don't like someone doesn't mean no one does....

As surprising as it may seem, Hillary kicked royal ass in New York on November 7. Something like 70% or something..... It surprised the shyt out of me, that's for sure....after listening to you guys go on and on about her.....I didn't think she stood a chance. I've concluded ya'll are but one opinion, and this opinion may not be necessarily reflective of who people will be voting for in 2008.

I dunno who will win, I don't even know who's running...but I'll be damned if I'm going to "predict" the future....especially based on some belief the whole country thinks like me.....

No one that knows anything about politics thought Hillary would do anything but clean up in NY. That you were surprised should tell you something.

And it's not about "who I like", I speak of reality. If it were about who I like, I would predict Hillary to not run.

I"m surprised because based on what you guys say, she shouldn't have cleaned up.

Your reality is based on what you think, and your limited exposure to what you want to hear.

We've heard ad nauseum for the last 2 years from you guys "what America thinks" and quite frankly, you guys have been apparently wrong. My advice, give up the fortunetelling.

Hillary is a republican wet dream.

I was just hunting in Northern Michigan with 8 men who were solid life long democrats. When you mentioned Hillarys name, people who scrunch up their faces as if they had just smelled dog crap, and say, "Who wants to vote for that b!tch?". There was real animosity.

If these guys, life long dems and HUGE Bush haters feel that way, how does she stand a chance?

Because that's only 8 men out of 300 million people.

I don't know if she'll win or not, I don't care to be honest with you. I wouldn't vote for her anyway, I am not voting for any of these people anymore, they don't represent my interests. But I'm sick and tired of friggin people "predicting" bullshyt....they're not predicting anything, they're just enunciating how they feel. It's like, can't ya'll honest with us for a change and simply state your opinion!

Because she's been going around the country lining up the Dem machines in the various states. Those are more important than your friends opinions. It's amazing how that works, but political machines do work.

H. Clinton has earned a huge account of political IOU's.

Agreeing to disagree seems the norm here.

I'd rather have that than this bullshyt "I'm right, you're wrong (even though neither are either), let's humiliate you and call you untrue names for not agreeing with me....."

LOL

Hillary doesn't do well enough nationally with men and does even worse with women in national polls. She does very well with socialists in NYC. I hope she does get nominated and I hope she loses big.

There are few elitists of her caliber. Individuals don't matter at all in her Utopian scheme. Only her grasp on power is important.

Her grasp on power can only serve to further erode your personal freedom.

Hillary will make Kerry seem like JFK. A Rumsfeld/Cheney ticket would beat Hill.
