Talking in you sleep

I woke up at 1 am from a bad dream.

I glanced over to my wife, who was talking in her sleep,. it lasted for about 30 seconds.

the brain was trying to say something through the mouth, only 4 coherent words came out in English:

"..[incoherent]...[incoherent]...i had no idea...[incoherent]..[incoherent]"

and that was it, after 5 minutes i dozed off .. .

weird, huh?

My wife yells at our kids in her sleep. Actually she yells at me too. :D

I have actually talked to her in her sleep a few times. Its evil but I have had her respond to me when she is yelling at the kids and I tell her to stop yelling at them. Its really funny.

Reminds me of the song" I hear the secrets that you keep, cause your talking in your sleep". Ill take talking over snoring anyday. :o

I had something along the same line but worse.

My ex used to grind her teeth in her sleep, and if I woke up it drove me nuts. Had to go to the couch or never could get to sleep. The sound was horrible.

Finally got her some plastic fitted tray that she would put on at night and that stopped it.

Jeez it still makes me cringe just thinking about it...

Throw a voice activated recorder on your nightstand and you'll find out.
