Looks like a big improvement for local searches...

Barry Diller and IAC are trying very hard to grab a slice from Google and Yahoo. This looks promising, but its not there yet (from a market-share-grabbing standpoint), imo. The interactive features are nice, but on appearance it looks very similar to what yahoo and google are offering which may not differentiate itself enough in the web surfer's minds.
