No sorry. I'm using a Schuberth C-1 flip top. Noisy, heavy but otherwise very comfortable.

I love my HJC full-face. I don't really care for flip-ups in general, they just aren't as solid as full face. But they are better than skid-lids
![]() If you can't get an Arai, mainly because they cost a ton, HJC is the next best. They have emulated Arai technology, which is tops.

I have a "Flip-up".....I swear by the style as it allows you to put helmet on-off w/o removing (and dropping) my glasses.....Also great to take a drink of coffee/soda w/o removing the helmet....
Mine is quite comfortable, but a little noisy.......

I remember the HJC Sy-max was reviewed rather highly compared to the Shoei version (synchrotech?).
HJC has come a long way. 10 years ago, they were still mostly cheap polycarbonate shells with lousy liners and no quick change shield system. I don't even have a motorcycle anymore, but I still have my Arai Quantum/f from circa 2000 on the shelf.

I have a HJC Sy-Max. It's fairly comfortable and not unbearably noisy. I did add a piece of weather stripping at the top of the visor and that cut down on the noise some. So far, the only issue is changing visors is a b!tch.
Before I bought the HJC I had a Schuberth. It was like wearing an anvil on my head and it's so big I looked like Gort. I never even rode with it before I returned it. Would I buy another HJC...probably not. I think my next helmet will be an Arai. My last one was so comfy and I can't believe I got rid of it. Turned out it the V-Strom was crazy noisy, not the helmet. Live and learn.
