I just (two days ago) bought the 512 from OpticsPlanet, for less than advertised on Pat's link above. Free UPS and a Free Scope cover (scopecoat). The 512 runs on AAs and will get 1000+ hours per set of batteries.
Shipped to my door, with a free scope cover, it was 340. Oh, it's going on my new Beretta Storm (.45 ACP). JP
