I once worked in a similar job for about 4 months to get my foot in the IT door. I'd say that he hit the nail on the head, but to be fair, he did exaggerate just a bit (but not much) for comedy's sake.

Ive worked several of these jobs. The exit is interview is always an interesting experience.
