"Those Japanese cars will never sell sell, America will never forget Pearl Harbor" - Words spoken to my Grandfather, George Adams, by his business partner, Don Mahoney, in 1971.

My grandfather saw the popularity of the Japanese cars beginning and decided to sell out his share of his British Leyland repair shop in NYC.

I had never seen many of those pictures before. They are quite disturbing.

All the more so now that we know Roosevelt set up the attack, and knowingly allowed it to proceed.

Is it my computer or have these images disappeared? I'm just getting blank spaces, even when I click the source link.

The photos may be in my cache, if someone wants to tell me how to get at them. Mac using MacOS 10.4.8 and FireFox.

Pat, type about:cache into the address bar of Firefox and it'll bring up memory and disk cache info. Under the disk cache it will tell you the folder being used for the cache.

This woks in winxp, but I'd imagine it'd work in MacOS too.

edit: when I do this to view my cache, it seems firefox's cache isn't just straightforward html, jpg, etc. files like IE and Netscape caches are, so that might not work. Maybe try disconnecting your network cable, then clicking the link - that might get firefox to load the cached version of the page, rather than the live version.

You could always try searching your hard drive for *.jpg, but that could yield a lot of crap to wade through.
