Teenage driver Robert? We're shopping today for a Honda Accord or Civic.

You got it. Son #2 is a college freshman, and he's got a $5k budget. Civics are too small (he's almost 6-4) and the Acuras are in pretty rough shape at that price point. I'm thinking a '98 Accord with 100-120k ought to be just right.

Still, we looked the above-referenced Acura today. POS. Bad oil leak onto the exhaust (smoking) and repaint. Smelled like, well, an old, worn-out oil-burning car.
