toyota dealer code
Trying to find Toyota dealer #04426 that has a Tundra I'm interested in buying.
Does anybody know how to reference to a specific dealer? Any help would be appreciated. Vince |
If you can, you might want to find out which dealer near you has the best deal/who you'd like to deal with. They should be able to trade the Tundra from the dealer that has it, assuming it's not too far away. If you call the dealer that has it and let them know you want their specific Tundra, you'll be at their mercy to some extent. If you do call them, ask for the fleet manager and ask him how much over/under invoice he wants and what the incentives are with a general description of what you want, maybe wrong color or something. If his price is good, then hopefully he's got the exact one you're looking for in stock.

Are you sure you want to buy a new Tundra yet? The new body comes out in Feb. 2007.

Steve,
Thanks for the info. Tried the local dealer who can get it from another dealer in the color I want, but for 2k less, I can get the same equipped truck in a different color from a dealer in SoCal Thought if I went directly to the dealer who had the color I want, dealer would be selling from his inventory and I could get a better deal. 930cab- 2007 trucks are full size this year and 2006 Tundra would fit my needs better. About where are you located, Vince? It's been a long time, but a lot of brokers used to buy Toyotas from Bill Wright Toyota in Bakersfield, CA. They weren't in the dealer advertising group, so their invoices were a lot lower than most other dealers. They were very aggressive on pricing, and would deliver the cars on flatbed. You could try giving them a call.
