Clay Regazzoni R.I.P.
Sorry if this is a repost.
Regazzoni was killed in a car accident on Friday near Parma. This hits me hard as I used to cheer for him when he was racing in F1 and even more when he continued playing after his injuries. The road he was killed on is the Parma La Spezia autostrada which I use several times a week. A very fast road and very challenging on some stretches. I hope he didn't suffer and that it was at full speed. ![]() ![]() ![]()

Damn! Evgery time one of the great drivers dies in a highway accident, I wonder what the hell I'm doing out there in a Porsche.
I mean, so few of us have his driving skills, yet we still venture forth....

He sure had a hard time after his accident at Long Beach. Tim, that picture is great. Sad to see another great driver pass on.

Isa,
Saw that on the BBC a day or two ago. Went back through his history and saw a lot of good times with Williams and so on. Sad to see him go but hope he is having a good go with the excellent drivers who met him upon his arrival. Joe
