Judiasm is a religion, not a nationality or source of geographic origin. The Torah "gave" the Jewish people the land of Israel, i can therefore hardly blame them for thinking it is theirs. And of course they DID live there in ancient times anyway.

Israel belongs to the jews as far as i'm concerned, if for no other reason than they took(or rather held) it like everyone else took theirs at one time or another- by force.

Historically the Palestinians are NOMADIC people, they had no 'homeland', but most of them wandered in the region of Southern Jordan, making that their 'historic homeland'.

Then you don't know the difference in "Jews" then. Most european Jews haven't a drop of Semitic blood running in their veins, that's why they're called Ashkanazim, most are Germanic, Slavs, or from the Caucasus. they had no more right to that land than you or I do.

The Germans were put on tria because they LOST the war, no other reason.

The Nurmburg trials were for actions committed against citizens of other countries which is how international law has been interpreted to protect...no one was tried for crimes committed against Germans including German Jews...as what a soverign country did to its own citizens was considered its own business.
That is why the Iraqis were trying Hussein and not us...for his crimes against Iraqis.

What a foolish statement. Show us a photo of a single home in "Palestine" that is 2000+ years old that was still inhabited in the 1940s. Do you believe the nonsense you type?

That's not what I meant, and you know that. Families of Palestinians had occupied the land for thousands of years, how many houses were built and rebuilt on the land during that time is completely irrelevant.

Palestine is a totally bogus land of wet dreams by a bunch of bums that never owned anything. Take any slum and give it a name. Do the residents own anything? No they are just a bunch of derilicks living in a slum. Thats what Palistine is, a slum, nothing more, and the residents never owned anything to begin with, even in Roman times. They are a bunch of malcontents, pawns, being used by a bunch of arabs to further their own IDEAL of the world. They mean nothing to the arabs, they mean nothing to the rest of the world and they should mean nothing to the Jews. THey are just a bunch of scum that needs cleaning up.

None of the above is true. The Palestinians were sold out, first by the Turks, but in a major way by the British. The US government aided the wrong side in 1948 it appears.
