I was reading about this in Money Magazine today.

Interesting concept, good way to spread out your risk, except if Prosper.com goes under, you are toast.

Its interesting that they have a credit rating and debt ratio for each person. IMO, online dating sites could be well served by providing this information as well. There is something to be said for the debt-to-personal character-ratio as well...but I digress.

I don't think so.... If you default, "you'll hurt the reputation of the group" Unsecured loans, no thanks, I'll invest in something else.
