Taken with the Photochrome process, hence the postcard like appearance, these are pretty interesting.

Wow, thanks Fastpat. Except for the fact that the linked-to server was down (over cap?), I like the picture that was posted so far. I've been digging into a lot of old family pictures (dating back to before 1910) and love the images of life in that "long ago" time. Surprisingly similar to today, and yet different too.

It's amazing, Holland still looks much the same when I was there about 8 years ago!
