Victory by design "Porsche" on Google

I Have been waiting ages to see this (don't get Speed TV in the UK), finally its made its way to the realm of Google video, yes that magical place were copywright doesn't exist!

http://video.google.co.uk/videoplay?docid=-3611075207317469622&q=porsche+de+cadenet

So far I've seen the Ferrari and Aston editions but this has to be my favourite. Can anyone enlighten me as to if any other editions exist and what makes are covered?

The Porsche one is the roughest of the set (and it ignores a LOT of models). From what I've read, it was the first and De Cadenet hadn't yet found his stride.

Given the poor quality, I don't think it's that much of a disservice. I wouldn't bother to sit thru it, much less download it. These programs are all for sale and the DVD's have outakes and more content than the original braodcast anyway. I'd love to see these again on an HD set with some nice sound, neither of which I have currently.

I equal this to a software demo, with limited quality. If you realy like the product, you buy the stuff. Nothing wrong with testing before buying.

It's been shown on speed channel a hundred times so it's nowhere near a new release but it was my property i'd be pissed.

I agree, great video BTW. If something is shown on TV, its available for millions to see, how is the internet any different especially with the evolution of PVR and TIVO. I can watch a particular show over and over until I am sick of it, same is true of the internet. I think the hardest thing for these respective industries is where the line is drawn with piracy?

It's all a matter of degree. There's plenty of copyright infringment on this BSS and pretty much every other discussion forum on the internet (and, no it's not fair use). Lots of copyrighted material from pictures posted to the written word used without the permission (and payment) to the creator. The old copyright laws just don't fit the new world so well at the moment.
