My organization uses Transcender test for Microsoft/Cisco exam prep. They are good, but their questions are not exactly like the test. What is generally excellent are their explanations. At bare minimum, they get you thinking about the correct topics.
I prefer Measure Up tests. I'm an MCT, and I got a deal on them a couple years ago. I used them when I upgraded my MCSE.
I like the measure up tests because you can customize the test any way you want. Got and extra 15 minutes, and want to do a quick 15 questions that only as about directory services? No problem. I tend to attack tests subject by subject, so I like their approach. If you want, you can take a test in 'real world' format (timed, same number of questions on the actual test.)
I don't know what test you are looking at, but the Exam Cram books (the red and black, smaller books) sometimes have a book of just questions. In the back, their is usually a CD, and this used the Measure Up engine. The one I bought for Cisco had 500 questions on it. Pretty nice.
I hope this helps. What kind of test are you taking?
