If there was any justice at all in this world this DA would be charged by the state(or feds, or whoever is higher than him) with official misconduct and whatever other charges they can slap on this clown.

He should have been thrown in jail 6 months ago.
Now he needs to be thrown in jail and share a cell with "bubba." We can let bubba clue him in on what sexual abuse really is for a month or so, KY not included. People like this make me ashamed of our legal system.

I heard last week on the news that the DA is being investigated and will more than likely be answering to ethics violatation charges very soon.
