Does any of you know about Royal Enfied Bullet 500 bikes?

1997 enfield? made in india. hit and miss quality. the drum brakes are not going to have a lot of whoah. it looks fun though. if the year was a typo, know this: i will NEVER own a vintage british vehicle EVER again.

I rented one in Delhi and did Kashmir with it.
3 months, 7,000 kilometers and not a single problem. I had to tighten the plugs 2 or 3 times—as they tend to vibrate loose. Ditto for various other nuts and bolts. But you go into any shop and they will know what to do. No worries. These bikes are bullet-proof. In India you regularly see families of 5 or 6 riding on them. Quote:
