WOO HOO!!!

Now run on down to the Sierra Nevada brewery and have a cold one! (or two)

I don't own a suit and haven't worn a tie in a decade but I would have voted for the tie, it's about respect not fashion.

I do have I friend who showed up for a software engineer interview in a suit and the company owner showed up in a Hawaiian shirt then blew him off because he was over dressed... sometimes your the bug... sometimes your the windshield.

congratulations. have you talked $ yet? surely the stickiest part of the whole process--you don't want to disclose what you want and they don't want to disclose what they'd pay. you don't want to provide a salary too low to undervalue yourself or too high to turn them off.

If you haven't talked $, your challenge is to find the right time to bring it up first.

I guess you have talked salary since you're to get an offer Monday. But I agree; have a few cold ones tonight.

I don't know your situation and how much you needed this (a) job, but regardless I'm sure you're happy.
