I'd be willing to bet this lady doesn't have a FOID (firearm owner's ID) card, as required by Illinois law, to legally possess a firearm.

Shouldn't this thread be titled "Chicago monarchs"?
I was just watching NFL network last night, and they made such a big deal out of Tank Johnson having two "Assault rifles" without "owners permit cards," and i'm sitting there thinking "too bad he wasnt drafted by the Eagles, he could own any gun he wanted without anyone trying to break his balls and embarrass him on national TV."
