I agree - on spots you can see the speedo hitting 280 KPH, and that's not their fastest. I think they are doing 200 MPH or more.

I don't think the aero on that bike is designed for 200+. If speed wobbles start, that's going to be a heck of a tankslapper. Or if he hits an unexpected bump at 200 mph, he's going to go for quite a flight. 180/190/200 mph is some serious speed on the uncontrolled street.
