check out weaponology on military channel...another really good show.....or motocross files on speed, how it's made on science channel

Great show. The host is a bit intense, but an interesting guy. He was on the Jim Rome show (radio) one day, not only has he had a book published (books?), he also has his own martial arts method, has given motivational speaches to NFL teams, along with being a Navy Seal. He has a great, can do, no boundaries in life sort of attitude.
