Hello... I noticed you stole my title descriptions on the leather bound books from Barnes and Noble and are undercutting my prices to sell them. You are always free to do what you like, however, I noticed you have a large investment in Easton Press books. Perpahps I will begin marketing them as well and will sell them all at $5 over cost until such time as you decide to make up your own descriptions and titles... Specifically, the term GIFT EDITION is a phrase I coined 2 years ago and is not a description from the manufacturer or publisher, so it was indeed found and taken from my auctions. I have more than enough time, patience and money to begin what I am suggesting, so I will leave it you your best discretion to decide if you want to get in a marketing war with me over the term GIFT EDITION.

Slap a trademark on it quick before he does, then taunt him without mercy.

Just curious. Are you internet book sellers buying books from Barnes and Noble and reselling them on e-bay?

Have been getting a lot of BS emails from fake ebay accounts lately. All of the say something like "I sent you the money, where is my widget" or whatever. Its on an auction I have never seen before.

They are being used by an ebay account that has been taken over and it usually stops after a while but jeez wish we could stop these idiots.

You should start describing yours as the "New Improved Gift Edition"

Joe,

I get those fake emails too - about 5 a day.

this one is real, however. I logged into my account and it was listed in "My Messages".

some people are just very weird.

Dude... I'm pissed.

The term "Crazy Seller on Ebay" is a phrase I coined 2 years ago and is not a description from eBay or PPOT, so it was indeed found and taken from my topic titles. I have more than enough time on my hands to start naming ALL my threads "Crazy Seller on Ebay", so I will leave it you your best discretion to decide if you want to get in a forum war with me over the term "Crazy Seller on Ebay".
