Jim Cesiro, I think your letter may do as much bad as good.

If the contract is expired and there is no 'grace' period, you don't need to take the issue further. If the Realtor<sup>&reg</sup> wants blood, he'll do what he wants, and it'll be up to him to convince the judge.
