Any franchise guys here? Looking for franchise for mall pad site
Some associates are finalizing a deal to purchase an existing building next to a large mall on the Maryland eastern shore.
If anyone here is a franchise owner or, preferably works for a franchise company looking for new locations, I would love to hear from you. There is an existing building which could be demo'd or refitted. Property has good parking and shares the mall loop with a Red Lobster and Olive Garden. A steakhouse or sports bar type franchise would be preferable. Erik
