Need you prayers!
 

Just spoke with my sister in Charlotte, NC and she said our father is in Presbyterian Hospital and may not live much longer. He's been on O2 the last 6 years and now the stress is causing his heart to fail. I'm headed out in a snow storm to drive to Charlotte and WE need your prayers!

Oh man, "been there, done that" with my father. Even though they're on oxygen long term and you "know" what is coming there is really no preparation that makes it any easier.

hey good luck w/this. been there done this. not fun/not easy. watched my dad go flat line, 3/11/86. my dad died in my arms, my mom died in my dads arms. prayers are w/you.

What everyone else said, please drive carefully. My family is going through the same thing w/ my aunt right now, (Mom's sister), diagnosed 1 week ago w/ pancreatic cancer and going fast.
