Another thunderbird e-mail question
Everytime I send an e-mail it asks me if I want to send it in:
Plain text or HTML or Both types WTF? Which should I choose and how do I set it as default? Thanks!

Plain text... more polite.
![]() Edit.... account settings. Then composition and addressing for your account, uncheck HTML

Thanks, what do you mean by "more polite"?

Some systems can't display HTML mail - although not much of an issue these days. Also, some anti-spam stuff will remove HTML mail, since it basically sends a webpage, and can include images or other media.

OK sounds good.
One question though, my signature doesn't look nearly as compact or attractive when sent in plain text. It's heavily spaced and takes up a ton of room, what can I do to fix that?

HTML emails will get flagged as spam by a lot of filters. Best to avoid.
