PayPal question - refund $
 

Guy paid me for some stuff via PayPal.
He clicked incorrectly, and the money came out of his checking account instead of his credit card.
He wants a refund so he can do it correctly.

I was charged $12.81 fee - will *I* get that back?

yes, the fee will be refunded. did the transaction clear?

if an item is large enough in amount, i always insist on money order or check, 10 days to clear. Paypal isn't useful for over 2 grand.

If you refund it you will.
