Don't know, but the simple way would be screenshot>Photoshop>cut area>Paste to new>Print.

Wayne, I just did a quick search on this. It appears that a password is needed to bypass the disabled print.
Search google for PDF Password Remover.

Uhh...Wayne, I just printed it no problem. I may have a different version than you. Got a link to the version you have?

Same here, got the version that includes up to 2004 (from Pelican of course) and the printing is enabled ...

Ghostscript (and related utilities) has worked for me in the past ignoring pdf security.

Where's a link to the pdf? I'll test it.
