Cingular DST Bug?

Got a Cingular phone? I set it to DST twice and it keeps resetting itself to Standard Time after awhile.

The Cingular IT folks must be running around with their pants on fire Or sitting around doing nothing...

My Cingular phone set itself to the "new" DST time. Try to set it to the "-1" time and see if it will automatically adjust. Also: make sure the phone is set to auto-update the clock.

Why model of phone do you have? I have the Samung "low end" model.

I figured it out. It requires a patch to make it work. It is now patched.

I didn't have to do anything. My patch apparently automatically downloaded.

Though I did turn it off and on.

(I have Cingular)
