My SC has a new friend....
I sold my 1988 911CE Cab to a Rennlister and replaced her with a 1978 Ferrari 308 GT4. The GT4 is leaving Miami tomorrow and should be at my house by the weekend. I can't wait.
Here are some photos of the car taken at Cavallino Classic 2005 in Palm Beach. When she won the Cavallino Cup for best 2+2 at the show and also platinum in her class. The car has 15,000 original miles.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1173790462.jpg The departed CE http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1173790514.jpg |

What is a "CE" 911?
|
Congrats!
I have always REALLY liked the GT4 design. Understated, a bit quirky and a real 80's period piece. |
That's one of my favorite small Ferrari's, one of the few styled by Bertone, very clean lines, good find. Looks like it's in near pristine condition, too.

Thanks
I had been looking for as perfect a GT4 as I could find. This one fit the bill. Unfortunately to make room the CE had to go.
CE = celebration edition 875 built to commerate the 250,000 911 built. I had a 328 before the 911 and it was a great car. 100% reliable and the engine sounds were soooo sweet. This will be my first ever carburated sports car wish me luck.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1173799386.jpg |
