Honda S2000 vs. pit bull

And it seems that "man's best friend" was the winner this time:

Should have bought the pup some toys...Not the way to roll your fenders.

This would be funny if it wasn't tragic.

My condolences and I can relate. 3 years ago my then 6 month old Yellow Lab pup pulled the front license plate and the European-plate-sized piece of plastic off my girlfriend's new Audi tt. He chewed the living crap out of it. Fortunately it was removeable and we bought a replacement piece but THIS? Man, there is a serious bill coming to correct this...not to mention the price of a shot gun shell for the dog!

My brother-in-law has a Shepherd mix. They left him in their pickup truck one nice spring day to go into the home improvement store. The dog ripped off the sun visors, chewed the steering wheel & dash, somehow opened the sliding rear window, ran across the parking lot into the store and sat next to them waiting in the checkout line. Separation anxiety...Oh, the pit in this post is still very alive.

Ah, another brillant attempt at aerodynamic aids.

Never teach a pitbull about golfballs.

That's one bored dog -- the owner needs to give it something productive to do and spend more time with it.

Hopefully this isn't another story that reflects poorly on the pitt breed. This is clearly an owner problem (as are most).

I don't know all the particulars,, but looking at the muscle tone on this pup, I'd say anything would probably become a toy with him.

Now wait a minute. Can we divide up dog breeds into two groups: those likely to attack and chew on automotive sheet metal with psychotic, manic focus for 20 min or more, and the ones that aren't?

That's completely insane regardless of how the snausages were handed out. That's the dog equivalent of a guy taking a baseball bat down to the shopping mall and smashing stuff for fun. No excuses--dead dog.

I suspect this isn't pure pit bull...but a hybrid, bred and trained to one thing..to be a crazy killer. If I saw him just walking uninvited across my yard, I'd be breaking out a firearm. My kill or be killed instinct would be in high gear. If a cocker spaniel did the same? I'd be wondering who the cute pup belonged to.

Yea, right. Would you leave any dog unattended in your garage with your prized car for enough time to do that? Bah!

You like cars. Great. No excuse for anyone or anything doing that to your car. What about kids? Lotsa stories about kids destroying dad's (insert great car here) while joyriding. Bullet in their heads too? Ever heard of a dog chewing your shoe or a piece of furniture?

Owner got what he deserved. Probably has a pit just for the image thing. I feel more sorry for the dog to have to live a life where he/she is that miserable and frustrated. Sure, give it a bullet. Put it out of its misery.

Again, an ownership issue. No reason for a dog that's been well trained as a killer. A well tenderized S2000 is the result. Owner got what he/she deserved.
