My Truck on eBay:

Trying to sell the beast, comments on my listing? Anyone need a good work truck? I can deliver to any of several satalite Pelican locations around the country for a modest fee and a hot meal.

Great ad. Very forthcoming with alot of info and pictures. It would be nice if everyone took the time to do it right. Funny that Tymar contacted you about it. He must have an auto search on his ebay account for it.

What are you replacing it with?

I can confirm that it is indeed a Beast, and as Denis said, the pictures are flattering to say the least. Denis, the DB4 is sidelined with a bum brake master cylinder. I won't get to fix it until I get back in two weeks from Prague and Budapest.

Replacing it with some cheap automobile w/o payments for the time being, probably a Mercedes.

I'll bet he offers to send you a certified cashier's check, in the amout of $43 million, drawn on the Bank of Nigeria. Heck, he'll even let you keep a million or two just for working with him on this one.

Good luck on the sale, Denis!

I had my truck on ebay and never got near my reserve. Craiglist (all major metros in the area) and it was sold in a week. for free.

And the guy who bought it has a well business in east texas--not exactly the craigslist user you would think of--so it's not just for bay area techs.

Ditto on Craigslist, I sold my sons 72 Olds Cutlass on it, I posted three times and got three calls, the 3rd being golden.

Can't hurt to try Craigs list - it's free and your ad is up in 15 minutes. I've bought and sold cars and motorcycles on Craigs. Nothing but positive experience to date. Nice truck.

All I know is that my truck runs like a scalded monkey.
Do you have any documentation to back this up? What does a scalded monkey run like? Pics, would be great!

Sorry, last thing I need right now is another vehicle. Your add is very honest and I hope you do well with the auction!

Dave
