The neo conned have tried every tactic to explain away the illegal nature of her outing. The "undercover overseas" part makes sense, I saw some of her testimony, and she seemed to be skirting the issue, wasn't sure why. She would only say the outing made her "feel like she couldn't do her job," but wasn't so clear as to whether she was undercover/covert. It seemed like she didn't know.

The other reason they are saying the trial was a sham was because Armitage admitted to the prosecutor that it was he that did it...months before the investigation even began. So even if there were a crime to investigate, he already had the criminal.

I'm no fan of the Republicans, and I'll agree with The Donald that Bush has been the worst president ever (or at least in a very, very long time), but the Plame thing does seem to be plain old political circus.

He won't take the pardon from the president, that is why.

He will beat it on appeal and clear his name. Fitz had to get someone tossed in jail, after spending all that moolah. You want to talk about someone who stepped on his dick(or penis rather, can I say dick here?) that is the guy.

There are a few decent babes in the Lib camp, but overall, the conservatives have it hands down. Seems like a lot of Libs are hyphenated after they get married, why is that?
