Workplace Dedication
Each month my company sends out a list of all employees that are having an anniversary. They also list how long they have been with the company. In todays world of people jumping from job to job, I think these stats are amazing
74 people celebrating their anniversary 48 of them for over 5 years 27 of them for over 10 years 20 of them for over 20 years 14 of them for over 30 years 2 of them for over 40 years me? closing on 24 (this is my only paying job I have ever had - since 15 yo)

My company does the same, but they do it once a year. I'm always amazed at the number of people who have been here 40 or 50 years.
