New AZ Pelican group

The "Prescott Pelican Posse" has been gethering informally for almost a year now. We are born of and loyal to our Pelican heirtage. Drives are averaging 1-2 a month. For more info please PM me. There are 23 cars in our little group 20 Porsches, a Lotus Elise and a M1 BMW so far. Here's a few pictures from past gatherings and the print for our new shirts;

Mountain people!!! Hah!

Not sure that we will even let them come along to one of our get togethers here in the big city.

Maybe, just maybe we might have a meeting with them, say from mid June until September, and only to see if they are truly part of the fold.

Guys, when are you going to let everyone know when you are getting together? This "secret meeting" stuff up in the hills kinda keeps your numbers down! Let us know when you are getting together and some of us might head that way!

HA HA! Joe. We sorta keep our numbers down (by design) for most of our local runs. Not to say anyone who's interested isn't more than welcome to come along. Jeff Martin, Lee Hines and Don Davis are on our mailing list if you know any of those valley rats. One of our local guys is Bob Frith (former Pres. of the AZ Zone 8) and we've been talking about coming down for some of their drives or events. The Summer heat and crime wave don't make coming south all that attractive but we'd love to have you guys up anytime. PM me if you'd like to know when our drives are being organized... it is "better" up here. Some of our gang will be at PIR Saturday (weather permitting)

Austin,

What is your schedule? Always see your Kingston/Casa Grande on your posts but we never see you here in Arizona!

Joe

Because my 911 is cactus green.
I probably wont be there until October. We do plan on going back permanently one day though. I miss Prescott and Tuscon...
